Hello Year 2,
Welcome back to the final half term of the school year! One of the strangest academic years in history! Yes, you are now part of history, very cool, right?
As the school begins to reopen for the children of Key Workers and vulnerable children we will continue to set Home Challenges each week. Children in school will be following the same challenges as well as readjusting to new school rules and routines which we have had to put in place.
We hope you had the best half term and enjoyed all the fabulous weather!
Mondays can be very hard but they are even harder when you have been off and enjoyed playing and no work for a week so take today slowly and do your best! The best thing you could do today is not huff and puff like the Big Bad Wolf! As long as you try your best that is all that matters then you can build up doing more every day if that’s what your grown-ups would like. Remember, you can always visit our Mindful Monsters, I am sure Thinky, Giggles, Snug and Sparky would love to see complete some of their tasks!
We love having Class Dojo so we can see all your hard work, your fun activities and have little chats with you all and we will continue to use this platform this term as well. Some families are still to connect so please spread the word!
Why not try and complete a daily journal this week? (see link one below)
Looking forward to hearing from you all or seeing some of you.
Hope you all have a super week!
Miss Doherty, Miss Bookey and Mrs Penter
