This week the children shared the text 'The Gingerbread Man'. They explored the meaning of new words and included them in their play. They enjoyed retelling the story in groups using their new vocabulary. The children wrote speech bubbles to match the characters actions.
In maths the children developed their addition skills. They worked practically adding 2 groups together and then wrote number sentences to match.
We were very proud of the children this week as they performed their 'Eurovision Concert'. They all sang beautifully and moved in time to the music! We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did! To celebrate their success and Liverpool hosting the Eurovision, the children were treated to a fantastic disco!
