The class we often talk how important it is to relax and have special moments for ourselves.
In class we relax by enjoying a movement break, talking about how we are feeling and using our ROAR rainbow to explain our emotional well-being. We also use The Zen Den which provides guided mediations as well as explaining to us how certain parts of our brain works and why we sometimes feel nervous etc.
We also use our Reading for Pleasure time to help us relax and drift away on our favourite story adventures.
