Tadpole's Promise
This week the children have enjoyed the story Tadpole's Promise. This led us into our science this week which was learning about the life cycle of a frog. We wrote all about the life cycle in our writing books.
In Jolly Phonics the children learnt the 'long vowel e' family tree consisting of diagraphs ee, ea and y making the ee sound.

In Music this week we looked again at our music trolley and recapped all the names of the instruments. We have many instruments such as claves, wrist bells, maracas, triangles and much more. The children were introduced to body percussion. We made lots of music with our body's using our fingers, arms, feet and legs. We got the opportunity to preform our body percussion to an audience (our very supportive friends).
