Today 2D looked at the importance of exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle. We discussed what could be classed as exercise and how much should be carried out each week.
We were able to find our pulses and discussed what this was and wondered what would happen to our pulse during and after exercise.
We took part in some gentle exercise then more energetic exercise and checked our pulse to see what the impact was. We noticed our pulse was faster and our breathing was much quicker.
We needed a lot of water and rest when we finished, including Miss!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
