In Science we are learning about Living Things and their Habitats. We talked about the best environment to grow a bean, and linked these with the different environments in Australia! We have made model habitats with the Gondwana Rainforest, Simpson Desert and Adelaide, which is a city.
We know that plants need light and water to grow, so we don’t think the rainforest bean will grow because it will be kept in the dark cupboard, but it will be watered. Our desert bean will get lots of light on the window ledge, but no water, so we don’t think it’ll grow very well either. However, our city bean will have water and light so our prediction is that this will grow the best!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
