Today the children at Booker Avenue Infants were lucky enough to receive a visit from Santa and his Reindeers. The children had a special time with two of his beautiful reindeers who were called Nala and Floss. We discovered some really interesting facts about reindeers! Did you know that reindeers can smell moss when it is 60 centimetres away and encased in ice? Reindeers are also fantastic swimmers! Santa is very lucky to have them them guiding his sleigh. Speaking of Santa . . . he had heard that the children in Booker Avenue Infants school had been so good he just had to visit our school. Each child, along with their friends enjoyed the wonder of meeting Santa. What a fantastic day we have had! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all our Booker Avenue Families!
