Swapping Snacks - October 2022

This week in Literacy we have started reading The Hodegheg by Dick King-Smith. We have been learning all about hedgehogs and have discovered some very interesting facts. Did you know a hedgehog has 44 teeth and up to 7,000 spines?

 

In Science last week we thought about our favourite snacks and created a bar chart to display our results. Biscuits, chocolate and crisps were very popular! This week we are looking at swapping these snacks for a more healthy option. We discussed a balance diet and we know that we can enjoy all foods in moderation. We love all of our yummy snacks, and made delicious fruit kebabs!
