Year One have had such a busy week!
In literacy we became journalists creating our own newspaper front pages reporting on the crimes highlighted in the book Cops and Robbers. We enjoyed coming up with our own newspaper names and creating short and snappy headlines.
In maths we continued to work on our addition skills and enjoyed a session using the maths games. The games focused on our number bonds to and within 10. and a few memory games too.
In R.E. we investigated what a parable was and learned the Parable of the Mustard Seed.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
