In science we have been looking at what a plant needs to be healthy. We have read that a plant needs sunlight, water and the right temperature. We decided to carry out an experiment to see if this was true.
We have planted beans in sand and they will not be watered.
We have planted beans in soil and they will be watered but they will be locked away from all sunlight.
Finally we have planted beans in soil and they will be placed near sunlight and will be given the right amount of water.
We all made our predictions about which of the beans would become the most healthy plant. The majority of the class felt that the beans getting watered and sunlight would be the healthiest.
We shall be monitoring these beans over the next few weeks so keep a look out for our results!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
