We have been counting in 2s and 10s. Today we started counting in 5s. We talked about the multiples of 5 and how they always end in 5s or a 0. Lots of children found this pattern. Then we marked off 5s on 50 and 100 framed. We then created 5s and counted along. We have our little people in fives. We created 5s on our ten frames. We counted in 5 using our tens frames and we even marked off 5s with counters on our 10 frames. We used super mathmatical vocabulary and collabrative thinking. Well Done 1K!
