Self-Portraits - September 2022
We started our first week off in Year Two with a bang! We created some beautiful self portraits. We looked at our faces in mirrors and on a photograph to observe the different parts we would need to draw. We talked about how we can use our pencils to add areas of shading and tone.
In Literacy, we looked at the book 'Mrs Butterpat Goes Wild!' and thought about what crazy adventures our teachers might have got up to over the summer!
We have started looking at place value in Maths.
