Gaelic Football - February 2025

We have had such a busy week in Year One! 

We have started a wonderful new book in literacy called The Storm Whale by Benji Davies. We created comic strips and wrote setting descriptions inspired by the text. 

In maths we have continued to investigate numbers from 20 - 50.

We were very lucky to have a taster session of gaelic football this week and enjoyed learning the new rules.

As part of Mental Health Week we have planted bulbs and we are looking forward to taking care of our plants at home.
