Out and About! - October 2022
We have been venturing out and about this week! In Literacy, we have continued looking at the story, On The Way Home. We took a walk around the local area so that we could see what was close to school. When we came back, we were able to plan our own story based on the route we took. Our stories are fabulous and we are enjoying sharing our own ideas and creations with our classes.
Also this week, we have taken part in a very exciting Art Scavenger Hunt! We had an assembly with Laura who told us all about the Arts Award: Discover. We went on our hunt to find different types of Art. Once we had found them, we discussed all the different art forms. Over the year, we will be completing different tasks so we hopefully gain our award before the summer!
