My Shadow is Pink- May 2022

2D have been looking at the fantastic book My Shadow is Pink by Scott Stuart.

 

Today the children were asked if there were such things as 'boys toys' and 'girls toys.' After a lively discussion we agreed that anyone can play with any toy no matter their gender. We all felt that everybody had the right to be themselves and that the world was a more exciting place because of everyone's differences.
