In maths this week we have been investigating making equal groups by grouping. We grouped in 2s, 5s and 10s and identified that we could not make equal groups of 2s when the number was odd but we could when it was an even number.
In history we enjoyed looking and playing with a range of toys from the past including a game of pick up sticks, tiddly winks and a diabolo.
In literacy we continued our writing linked to Little Red Riding Hood and wrote a recipe for a sandwich which we then made and ate. Our sandwiches ranged from jam, to cheese and even cucumber sandwiches. They were delicious!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
