Baby Bear's Chair - May 2026

This week in D.T we made a chair for Baby Bear! Firstly, we explored the concept and features of structures, before discussing and testing ways to strengthen materials. We worked in groups to make a chair for Baby Bear, following a specific design criteria. Once our structure was complete, we evaluated its strength, stiffness and stability. 

In Literacy we have started looking at the book, Alice in Wonderland, and in Maths we have been exploring position and direction.
