This week we have been creating work linked to The Pandas Who Promised by Rachel Bright and Jim Field. We wrote wonderful setting descriptions that described the mountains the pandas investigated using senses to help structure our writing.
In maths we have continued to work on the topic of measurement focusing specifically on weight and mass this week. We used the scales to identify which objects were heavier than others and investigated how many cubes other items weighed.
In geography we looked at physical and human features of China such as the Great Wall of China, Shanghai and the Yangtze River.
In art we continued to develop our 3d paper sculpture skills culminating our giant spider creation that we are very proud of!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
