This week we have been enjoying the classic story The Tiger Who Came to Tea by Judith Kerr. We retold the story through the medium of drama, focusing on the key events within the tale. We created a menu that the tiger could have chosen from if he had joined Sophie and her family at the cafe.
In maths we have begun to look at shape, mainly focusing on 3D shape. We sorted the shapes in a variety of ways including colour, properties and whether they could roll or stack.
In geography we located features on our school yard. We used our compasses to identify North and navigate using a map alongside directional language.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
