This week we created a fantastic piece of writing in literacy. We included lots of details about ourselves including who is in our family, how old we are and any interesting facts about our lives. Lots of us have been to different countries, some of us have lots of pets and we even had someone who had seen a shipwreck!

In maths we have continued to focus on place value within 10. We looked at one more and one less than a number within 10 and identified whether numbers were becoming greater or smaller.

In history we have continued to focus on our own personal history, looking carefully this week at our timeline of joining Year One. We ordered pictures from our Year One experiences into chronological order and discussed where on the timeline other events should be placed.
