In literacy this week we began our new book Dogger by Shirley Hughes. We enjoyed retelling the story through drama and creating a fantastic character description of Dogger focusing on our adjectives.

In maths we began to look at part whole models and addition number sentences. We ensured that we used the appropriate maths symbols of + and =.

We really enjoyed wearing our pyjamas for World Mental Health Day and had fun drawing along with the authors Nick Sharrat and Pippa Goodhart.
