This week we have enjoyed reading Six Dinner Sid by Inga Moore. We created fantastic character descriptions of this cheeky, greedy cat.

In maths we used part whole models and number lines to help with our subtraction skills and were able to identify the 8 fact families that link to each part whole model.

In geography we began our new topic of What is it Like Here? We used Google Earth to zoom in in on our continent, our country, our city and finally our local area. We used this image to help identify features of our local environment such as roads, fields, buildings, schools and trees.
