What a fantastic start to Year 1 we have had! All of the children have settled well into their new classes and have enjoyed learning lots of news things already.

We have written some wonderful sentences in our writing books and looked at our numbers bonds to 5, using counters to represent the number sentence. In art we created self-portraits using pastels focusing on the position and size of our features.

We really enjoyed our active play on the yard learning how to use the skipping ropes, hoops and stilts. 

We have all worked so hard this week and our new teachers are very proud of us!
