To Reception Children Parents and Carers

Just a few things we need to tell you:

• uniform and coats need to have names written in them please

• children will be given a water bottle – please can we ask you to wash them each night and return filled the next day

• PE is on a Thursday - the PE kit is blue shorts and blue T-shirt (it is possible to buy one with the school logo on from Kitted Out but not necessary) and pumps - please clearly label each item and children come to school wearing this.

• children need a pair of wellies that can be left in school - please write your child’s name in them

• school dinners are free - if your child is having packed lunch, please make sure their lunch box is clearly labelled with their name

• please do not bring back packs to school as there is limited room in the cloakroom

• School book bags can be purchased from Kitted Out- they will come home on a Friday - please return them on a Monday

You will find the answer to most of your questions on our school website but if there is anything you want to ask or anything that is troubling your child, please ring the office so we can make a time to speak to you.
