We have been working on our fluency skills in maths, making sure we have access to some important and fundamental maths knowledge which helps support our calculation skills. We have recently been working on our 2, 5 and 10 times tables as well as our bonds to 10 and 20. We are brilliant at these skills now and so have been working on our quick-fire doubles and halves skills. Today we worked on our halving skills as part of our work on fractions. We had buzzers and spinners to compete against our classmates so we had to be quick! Some of us were so quick we went on to quick-fire halves with odd number too.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
