Great to have everyone back for the meeting today! We had a catch up on what's been happening for all of us both at home and in school.
Discussed Comic Relief/Red Nose Day and the plan we had made. Posters have gone up in class windows and everyone knows - Dress to Express Yourself - fancy dress/party clothes/pyjamas etc
Each class is having a joke competition - the winner will throw a custard pie in Mrs Mailey's face. Each class has been given a 10 minute slot in the hall for the custard pie throwing.
March 21st is Down Syndrome Awareness Day and as usual we will be marking this with our Lots of Socks event on the last day of term. Children can come in their own clothes and wear lots of socks in whatever way they can think of!
Next meeting Friday 16th April - School Council to think of a project to promote/work towards in the Summer Term.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
