This week we were met with a Potions Lab. With so many hazardous ingredients there was only one thing to do - create warning hazard signs. RB did an amazing job using their knowledge of Letters and Sounds to create their 'Do not touch!' signs.
But their writing challenges didn't stop there, labelling potion ingredients and creating and labelling their very own potions. Sadly one of their challenges involved writing a potion recipe that would transform Miss Bowen into a frog. But would it work?
The children certainly took this task to hand and set about creating some rather disgusting potions in our very own Potions Laboratory. This included using some kitchen cupboard ingredients to create some interesting potion combinations. But which would bubble and which would explode?
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
