Leaf Man
This week we shared the text ‘Leaf Man’ by Lois Ehlert. The next day, the lonely Leaf Man came to visit RM with a letter asking for help! The children came to the rescue by using all of their Autumn ‘treasure’ from last weeks hunt to make him some friends. What kind children!
In letters and sounds, we have consolidated s, a, t, p, i, n and learnt the new sounds m, d and g, focussing on the correct formation. The children have made some good attempts to write using phase 2 words. In numeracy, the children have been working hard naming and describing 2D shapes. Well done, RM!
