Our first meeting since Children In Need - we all agreed that it was fun dressing up and taking part in Pudsey activities.  The School Council enjoyed making and eating Pudsey cookies!!

Although we are unable to do some of the Christmas activities we normally do - like our Christmas productions - there are lots of fun things happening in school.  We all enjoyed our Christmas Dance-a-thon and are looking forward to next weeks Christmas breakfast. 

The School Council remembered that last year we had breakfast together as a whole school in the hall and that Santa came.  This year to keep us all safe we will have our breakfast in our classrooms - and we have heard that Santa has had the Coronavirus Vaccine - so watch this space!!

We think that the rules we have in place have worked at keeping us safe so we are happy to continue with these rules in 2021.  

One thing we have missed is assemblies and the chance to be together - and our Reception children have yet to meet the whole of their school family!  Hopefully as we move through the school year these may take place once again.  

In the new year we will try to use more online assemblies - there is one recorded by Ant and Dec!

Our next School Council meeting will be Friday 8th January when we will have a 'Tea Party' and make plans for the year ahead.
